Age 43 to 50

I’ve come a long way with the only regret being I wished I had started years earlier. However, it’s never too late to make changes in life for the better.

Get off the couch! Stop saying it’s too hard. Stop living a miserable life. It’s your attitude and mindset.

A lot of people think they have to make a million changes all at once and it defeats them. List what changes you need to make and start with one. When it becomes a habit you do automatically, add the next thing on your list. This way you adjust to changes in a way that does not overwhelm you.

I want to see people enjoy an active lifestyle. Not one where they’re miserable and feel helpless.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Not going to lie and say it’s easy but anything really worth doing will test you.
