The next two days are work at home day. Although I didn’t need to get up at 4:30 the alarm still rang and I woke. Did some fiddling around on my phone. Breakfast and to the gym by 5:40.
Decided to stick to lower body today. Felt good to be in the gym not going the past two days. Figured I’d let body have rest from weights and did a couple mile walks instead.
Been battling a range of feelings the past several months. First three of those was no gym so I had to find other ways to keep active. Thankfully, I can get in and workout to not only help me physically but fight mentally to keep it all together.
