It’s amazing how much a difference 24 hours can make.
After a good nights rest I haven’t had in several days I was ready to tackle the gym at 5:30 this morning.
It was what the doctor ordered. I was focused, got my workout in and ready to face the day. Along with cutting out as much news and social media as possible.
I know it’s hard with all the mess we are bombarded with but try and get as much rest as possible. Cut out as much noise as you can for your mental health and get in some form of exercise.
