
Today is second day of no cigarettes. So far so good. A few times I found myself wanting a smoke last night but it was more of the routine than actually needing nicotine.
Just got home from the gym and working out. Got a good hour in today.

May go for a walk. I see my Apple Watch has a walk challenge. Might say screw it. I’ve moved more than most people at this time of morning.
