As we gather to celebrate Thanksgiving today, remember the meaning is to give thanks for the blessings and people in our lives.
Be thankful!
If you’re reading this, you woke up another day and are breathing.
When you gather with family today, instead of pointing out all of what you believe is negative in your country, be thankful for what you have. Open your eyes and your mind to the countless billions in the world that want to live where you live. Ask yourself why they want to come to such an evil place. Be thankful you are not in a truly evil place, such as North Korea. Try to be a positive influence in the lives of your family, friends, community and your nation.
No matter what’s going on in the world or just in yours, we can find things to be thankful for. Things that material things and money can’t fill.

If you have air in your lungs, a roof over your head, clothes on your back, money in your pocket, food in your belly then you have much to be thankful for. We have billions in this world who would give their last breath to have what you can’t see in front of you. Yet, we are mostly ungrateful and think we don’t have enough.
All the material things in life will never fill the emptiness a lot of people have inside. All the accumulation of money and things they find they’re still empty. That should tell all of us something.

If you have someone in your life that loves you, be thankful. If you have someone in your life that needs you, be thankful.
If you can look at others who appears different from you just be thankful. Because even through people seem different, we are alike in many ways.
Take today and enjoy the people in your life. Enjoy what’s important. Look at life through the lens of appreciation and thankfulness.

I hope everyone reading this in the United States has an enjoyable Thanksgiving. Don’t forget to enjoy those in your life today.
Be thankful to the Lord above for all that you do have and be thankful for the unique individual you are. Remember, there is ONLY one of you. That right there is something to be thankful for.
I am thankful for all of you that find my ramblings of interest and decide to follow abs receive updates of my posts.
I’m thankful that today is 91 days since I have smoked a cigarette. I’m thankful my household has not had the Covid crud.
I pray you have a good day and that only better days are ahead for all of us.
Happy Thanksgiving Keith! Hope you and your family have a wonderful day. 😁
