When I see the before me it makes me want to continue working out. I never want to see that person again.

Sad it took hearing doctor saying pre-diabetes to scare me into making a change. I have lost a friend to the problems associated with diabetes. Did not want to end up another statistic.

  1. I replied back to your email and soon as I sent it I remembered you said you were getting rid of that email. So I think I replied back to the wrong email 🤔. Im going to resend it to the one you gave me so if you get doubles thats why. Lol 🤣
