Just me getting out this week during lunch to enjoy the nice weather and think about the future.
I have allowed others to get me to doubt myself and no longer have self confidence that I once had.
I want it back! There are going to be changes in this new year. No longer will I allow myself to listen and believe lies of others for them to get something out of me.
My Middle Age life! 
Im really surprised to read that second paragraph. From what I see on my end is a man that is motivated and determined to accomplish what he sets out to do. Don’t let anyone knock you down and doubt yourself Keith. You are stronger than you think. š
