Wasn’t feeling it at the gym this morning. Mentally I’m exhausted. Between the pandemic crap, political crap, society breakdown... My watch said I got a workout in so I guess I did. There’s nothing more I can do but push through. There’s a lot of things I won’t take for granted ever again.
