Morning workout

I guess one good thing that has come out of all this pandemic crap is I’ve discovered I enjoy getting my workouts in early in the morning.

It’s my time to get away from everyone and everything. No social media and news. A way to clear my mind, stay healthy and get ready for another day. Plus the gym is not crowded in the mornings. I usually can get what equipment I want to work on easily. Then I have the rest of the day for everything else.

Today was leg day and overall I feel I did good today.
