
So far so good. I noticed yesterday that I could smell cigarette smoke on others that smoke.
I’m still working out between 30 min to an hour each morning so I think I won’t have to worry about ballooning weight gain.
The hardest part for me has been times I wanted one but it was from the habit of when I would have a cigarette, not the desire to smoke.
I’ll just keep plugging away.
